Guideline for processing glass reinforced NYLON 66 grades:
Pre drying:
It is recommended to pre- dry the nylon granules in vaccum / air circulate ovens at 100/80 deg. C for 2 to 4 hrs using perforated trays.

Injection pressure : 1000- 1250 kgs/ sq.cm or sufficient to fill cavities. Use of shut off nozzle is recommended to avoid drooling.
Post moulding operations:
Conditioning: It is recommended to condition components in the hot water at 80-100deg.C for 2- 4 hrs depending upon the components thickness.
